Hoverboard Not Working? Here's how to Solve the Problem

Broken Hoverboard? Hoverboard decided not to work?
Here's a guide on how you can resolve simple problems with hoverboards, sometimes when you purchase a hoverboard it may require calibration to fix issues with the functions of the GoHoverkart including balance and basic movements. It might be the case that the hoverboard has been used for some time and doesn't function the right way in comparison to when it was first purchased. Parents who still ain't sure where to find the relevant information on segways / hoverboards can find the best advice on buying a safe Segway from trusted UK retailers. First we'll get started with a list of problems you could face • Red light displaying on the hoverboard • The Hoverboard is leaning to one direction when in use
• Hoverboard Points upwards when in-use
• Hoverboard Not charging properly (if the problem isn't the Charger)
• Alarm sound when turned on
Resolving Hoverboard Problems with a Master Reset
Most of the time issues with hoverboards can only be fixed by performing a Master Reset which will also help to Reset to factory settings and calibrate the balance settings. Any of the problems listed above can usually be fixed once you've performed these two methods of Master Reset.
Method 1 of Master Reset
• First Turn the GoHoverkart OFF and lie it down on a flat surface or floor.
• Secondly Hold ON/OFF Button for 8-10 seconds
• Once you release the on/off button a small Red Circle should appear on the Board.
• Finally once the Circle disappears you can Turn ON the board and it should be resolved.
Method 2 of Master Reset
• Firstly Turn ON the Hoverboards, Make sure the board doesn't move whilst calibration takes place.
• Hold the ON/OFF button for 8-10 seconds, Red flashes will appear.
• Finally Release your finger from the ON/OFF button and turn the Hoverboards back on.
Alarm Problem with the Hoverboard
When the hoverboard is in-use and has a system issue there's a safety Alarm which is triggered, the alarm will stand for one of the following errors:
• When the Battery is low
• Maximum speed is reached
• When tyres are locked
• Battery voltage is lower than usual
• Rocks back and forth for more than 30 seconds continuously
• During Charging
Any other Hoverboard Problems
If there's any more hoverboard issues which we haven't covered or cannot be solved with a master reset, it's advised to contact the company you first purchased from to ask for advice or for a repair.
